Automatically recognise, classify & extract data from documents. Automatically initiate workflows for documents as they are scanned, recognised, classified & verified. Export, print & email documents when required. Export extracted data in Excel or CSV format for import into external systems. Maintain users, roles, & document security. Audit user activity. You can use VeloScan in a helpdesk environment if you wish, logging & tracking problems & tasks through to resolution & completion. Perform regular backups & database maintenance. VeloScan stores its data in Microsoft SQL Server Express or higher versions, which you must download separately from Microsoft. The Express version is free from Microsoft.
